Editorial policy
Fballer’s goal is to separate verifiable information from projection. We do not treat market movement, contract status or training-camp attention as proof of future fantasy production.
How players are evaluated
- Prior production: targets, touches, efficiency and fantasy scoring.
- Current opportunity: projected routes, carries, depth-chart position and competition.
- Team context: quarterback play, offensive environment and scoring opportunities.
- Acquisition cost: current rankings or average draft position relative to the expected role.
- Risk: injury, uncertainty and the assumptions required for the recommendation to succeed.
Live data
Trending and availability cards use Sleeper data with attribution. Trending totals measure platform activity; they do not confirm a depth-chart change. Injury designations may change quickly and should be verified through the player’s team or fantasy platform before lineup lock.
Sources and independence
Articles cite relevant primary or established sources whenever practical. Fballer is not affiliated with the NFL, ESPN or Sleeper. Editorial recommendations are not paid placements.
